So, Mr. Randy got her pregnant and disappeared into thin air. She, being a strong girl refused to abort the pregnancy. Amidst shame and rejection she gave birth to Hector, an adorable baby boy. She went through hell and deep waters to raise him as a single mom. Today Hector turned ten and suddenly the irresponsible disgrace of a man resurfaces from the blues to claim his son. His only reason is that “I am his father”, and I’m like, dude, really?! How? What and who made you his father? I want a DNA test carried out. Paternity test will solve the problem he retorted. Last Wednesday, a week today, on my way to work, I ran into an old friend who is now an amazing father of two adorable daughters.     It was a beautiful rainy Monday morning in the city of Abuja. For a young man living in this city without mobility, trust me, it can be pretty challenging... So, I decked up for Monday in my #JesusShowBoy Signature. #lol At the Bus-stop, I noticed the cloud gathering, and so heavy was the gathering... I rebuked the rain, when I did not seem to be seeing immediate result, I switched off and started praying in the Spirit. A bus came and I entered. I continued praying. This time, that the rain should stop before I get to my bus-stop (the thought of getting wet in a suit on an early Monday morning was scary).

What do you call success? How do you rate success? A lot of us are confused about the subject of success. We often allow society to tell us what success is, according to its standards.   Success in my opinion is subjective – what amounts to success to Mr. A might not be the same with Mr. B. If we understand this, there will be no need for rivalry and unhealthy competition. We will each discover that we are each voyagers with our individual custom made destinations. Now, away from success and what it means to us individually, what if at the close of the day, when life is over, you get to meet with your creator and after showing you your mandate and assignment on earth, you discover that you were a huge failure, a colossal damage to yourself, humanity and earth and the desire for a second chance to relive life consumes your whole being?

So, this morning as I was in the gentle-men's room taking care of business, I started imagining what my life would have looked like without all the trials, betrayals, Abuses and every other issues I've faced in this my life.
